Wrong. You must be male! High heels flex the muscles in the legs and it changes the look of the leg. It also DECORATES the foot. I would know because I am a woman and the only reason I wear heels is to flex my leg muscles, dress up my outfit and to decorate my feet. Def. NOT to be taller. Try putting heels on a person taking a photo of the legs, than doing the same with them off. It changes the look. Some of us LOVE being petite especially when most really tall men love petite women. ;)

As a woman who dates very tall 6'2-6'9" men all I can say is that they like me in flat shoes, they express to me how much they love & prefer petites 5'3" to 5'6" so they don't like the heels except for when we dress up at night-FOR THE LOOK not the height.

In proportion to her height, her legs are actually slightly longer Manute Bol's (who's 91 inches tall and has 48 inch long inseam)! That's nuts! Her arm span is probably well over seven feet (84 inches) in length as well considering how long her legs are in proportion to her height.

but,women who have long legs and both long arm become her well.
both long arm balances between long legs.
