Kellet was a hard man.

It is generally agreed that TV wrestling in the sixties was fixed: nor rehearsed move by move, but certainly with the winner pre-determined. Yes, looking at this bout, one wonders. Kellet was in his fifties then, and clearly not at his peak. The younger Barnes was certainly giving him a run for his money, particularly as Kellet's back was giving him trouble.

If this was a fix, why didn't Kellet win outright? Instead of by the dubious means of tossing barnes over the ropes at the end?
