We tried this place last night and it's THE BEST ever. Better than any ice cream I've ever had, better than frozen custard, better than gelato. The pomegranate flavor is just -- perfect. And I grew up in the city that makes Graeter's ice cream. Why is there no sound on this video?
Two of my friends and I went here for the first time tonight, and there was horrible customer service. The employee not only gave us attitude when we asked for samples, but he showed annoyance and said rude comments when we paid with a credit card instead of cash. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, and the yogurt wasn't even that good. This place sucks.

To potential customers: I believe this shop is owned/run by a family - a man and woman, and a 20-something guy. If the guy's parents are with him, you'll have a pleasant experience. If not, be prepared for scoffing and eye-rolling.
