I cannot find this song by CCR anywhere. I am a CCR fan and have several of their albums (vinyl). The only version of this song I am familiar with is by Three Dog Night.
@bjswcs The internet seems to think so. I looked it up because I couldn't remember what the actual name of the song was, and most of the results had CCR in them. *Shrug*
Very well played, and well thought out. Love the muted playing and the slide, sounds really good.
BTW Pete have you ever listened ot thought about playing any Turin Brakes? Everyone I speak to has never heard of them! They are a very underated band that have had quite a few singles out but for some reason never seem to ever make it big. Have a listen if you get the chance. I recommend 'Underdog', 'Mind over money' and 'Painkiller' to name 3 of there most popular. Very acoustic band

It was Three Dog Night, but they sound a lot like CCR and were same era and fanbase. Good stuff, great video

I don't believe CCR ever covered this. Great job with this...

@bjswcs I think you're right. For some reason I always thought this was a CCR song when I was younger. Oh well. :-) I does sound a bit like them.
