I think what is interesting about this piece is of course the lovely melody but what is interesting is the fine adjustment that must be made from the presto to the adagio. If you play the presto really fast and then go to the adagio at a wrong tempo it will be I think kind of like a shock so imo the player of this piece needs to calibrate the two movements. I think this player calibrated the two movements well.
