@adamitshelanu- That was the 07, and the dumb SOB in the 96 ran him not only into the wall, but never let off the gas, or turned away till Chris was up on the wall. I saw the car post wreck, and the 96's tires marks are all the way up almost on the driver side rear window of the 07. That's how far up on the wall the car was before the guy stopped pushing of him.

thanks for posting this I live in NC and could not get off to go this year been the past few years just when I think it can't get any better it does I will say this and if any one disagrees with me fine we have are own opinions but the best racing in Richmond is not cup or nationwide at RIR it is the racing at southside and it is affordable family entertaniment I think nascar big 3 serries drivers lose site of there roots.

Great, great stuff. A death in the family and the first baseball game of the season for my son made it impossible for me to make it to Southside for this great event. Big thanks for the excellent video!!

That 97 driver was blowing smoke. He made a serious error of judgment thinking he could run a high line occupied by the wall. Those guys are aggressive beyond what their suspension setup and tires will allow on that surface.
