I don't want to sound as a racist, but I love how they somehow show understanding and respect to each other and you can only see it in their eyes. Most of the other episodes are full of frustration and yelling, but in this episode there was none.

Everette and Jones Barbeque in the San Francisco Bay Area need to invest in the same barbeque smokers this restaurant uses and take the time to marinate and smoke their meats for hours. They either overcook the meat to a crisp or steam it and drown it in sauce hoping you don't know the difference. LMAO!!!
Clearly the daughter doesn't give a sh*t about the restaurant. I'd die to have an occasion like that,but it's not easy when your parents kinda force you to put you into activity... Nowadays it's just a shame to behave like that,though. Ramsay is super-right to be so angry!

It's basic of basic 101 for not only cook, but also in other workplaces. Especially for kitchen, Gordon is the boss, He know exactly what he have to do, and whats to be done and solved.
@owensdevone also, ramseys show is cutting thei rbudget a little so they are going to be selective about the makeovers. A few years back they were totally remaking the itneriors of resurants, now they are giving places some table cloths and maybe changing the seating arrangement.
I have never heard of smoking meats, having them ready for dinner service...and then portioning them out for dinner the next day--via Microwave. That's like squeezing orange juice that morning, only to be served next morning and drinking day old orange juice because the orange juice you just squeezed...

ll be back" from the 1980's, " Be politically correct" and " Clintongate" from the 90's, " "Thats hot" and " and Step up to the plate" form the 2000's, and yes, there are scritp supervisors for reality shows that jsut ram these catch prases down our throats by suggesting things to the people on the reality shows.
It was on hiatus during December (a low rated time to air anything). It's being stretched out to a full season hence why it took a break otherwise it would pretty much as you said "ended" for the season
