This is really a South Indian tune, sounds best in the original Kannada, okay in Tamil, but it seems that Hindi words were kinda forced to match the tune. Nowhere near the meaning that the song has in Kannada. Check out "Jothe Jotheyali" on Youtube. Jane do na? Gimme a break... Still a good intro to Ilayaraja music to non-south indians. Genius!!
