This young lady has a lot of good going on. She needs to work on her time and meter discipline. A metronome or a drum machine or click track would be great for her to practice with. She needs to think about pitch and intonation but, she has a good ear. She just needs to put it all together and keep working hard. Time discipline and meter are absolutely mandatory. The time to be aware of that is NOW so she will get on the right track.. .
