Yeah but guys take into account that emilio did not take ANY penalty kicks for DC while Angel did for NY. Moreno takes all the PK's for DC so that kind of propped up Angel's total. Also, Angel only played in 4 less games than Emilio.
BTW, I am NOT saying Emilio was better or a bigger impact for his team, but simply take that into account when totaling their goals on the season!
I think he deserves it i mean how hard is it to score 20 goals in prop soccer... very although angel had 19 but luciano emilio is not one of two threats for his team dc has lake 7 scoring threats new york has 2

I agree that Angel had a bigger impact on his team, but unfortunately, the golden boot is awarded strictly on the basis of number of goals scored.

thats not right, Angel should have won. he had 5 assists and 19 goals vs. emilios 20 goals and 1 assist. angel proved hes more of a team player

it didnt used to be. it used to be who had the most points. a goal was 2 and an assist was 1.
