Devil's night is the (un-official) annual Arson holiday, held the day before halloween in detroit (where D12 are from), although the chorus seems to be Eminem taking the role of the Devil, talking about how he is coming back to rule. , its got such a dark sound to it, like if D12 hadn't written it, it would be a heavy metal song
