Very cheap to me, I got 10-20 million sprebucks in my ship due to purple spice industry, poor Skydiver Stanley empire, annoyied me cause of that purple spice planet I stole, so I had to exterminate them :3 And I teraformed it from T2 to T3 and did that to another bla bla bla...
either codes do work in game and yes ctrl + shift+C at the same time will open up the text window at the bottom and you type help will give you small list of cheats you can use. There is a list out there online that you will have more cheats but not all of them work in game depends on the version you have.

(Actually, it's just a hologram, in other words, an intangible 3-D image. No touchy-feely.) This doesn't stop any other aggressives out there from trying (in vain) to harm you, however.

The answer to your question is at 1:47, which is no, you can't. But, you can bounce on top of a colony if you try to get in from the seaport. (there's already videos on how to get in the water, and how to bounce on colonies)
