@ji0050 Awesome, well buy level three wood glue from home depot. I'm not sure how your compressor is but it's best to compress the sheets of veneer so that there are no air pockets in the mold, causing a separation of the veneers.
@ji0050 You can do it with measurments and math and stuff or you could just place your truck on the board and use a pencil to draw spots where the holes are then drill out the holes. If you're just a little bit off you can just use the drill to make slightly larger holes
@onslought8dubious Forsure, same here. I've been shaping and putting graphics on all my boards then one day i was just like screw it, I'll just make the whole thing from scratch then went at it. You should definitely start making your own, it feels damn to good to say "Yeah I made this board from scratch"
@ConsumeSkateTeam the concave is made by diffrent shape sections of 2X8s (my guess) and when theyre glued to make the main shape, theyre sanded or chisled
Research more about the glued and fibre glass and stuff used by companies you like, and than learn how to do screen printing on skateboards for the graphics to be like a pro deck, good luck.
@sectoronetwothree what is the wood that u use for the boards? how much does it cost?

@ji0050 Look up "Roarockit" on Google. It's kinda a rip off but I've heard of some other websites. You'll only be able to find them online. Good luck

@secondworldFB Definitely 1 solid day, then let it stay out of the compressor so that it can expand with no pressure on it.

how much did you spend all together to make that press?
Jon61915 3 months ago
@Jon61915 If you do it right the first time round without mistake it'd probably cost 70 dollars and that's including the mold.
