@KronosFranco Yes, the jets are considerably slower than in BF2, and the weapons are weaker. I also despise the fact that you can't always have the 30mm Machinegun equipped, so that you'd be able to fire the MG and rockets simultaneously, like in BF2.

ey Threatty, question for you, do you use a joystick? I'm trying to use mine, but the throttle control doesn't seem to be right. I can slow down, but never as slow as I've seen you and other do and, from what I can tell, it's a common problem with many joystick users

@zeropositivo1990 I do play with a Joystick as you can see from the beginning of the video. But I have it set up so that my left hand is on the WASD controls as normal, and right hand switches from the mouse to the joystick. So I have all the throttle controls, flare button and afterburner button mapped to the WASD area of the keyboard, whilst all I do with the joystick are steering and shooting.

I'm pretty sure that the jets look different on console. I played BF3 for a while and all I did was fly, mostly on Caspian Border, and i don't remember seeing either of those planes.

Planes depends on the map + gamemode. On rush you will get the Frogfoot and Thunderbolt. On CQ you will get the flanker and F-18.

Does not work on the ps3 my friend. Matches wont start until you have at least 8 players. ;) So i need to do it my way. But every good pilot has been a bad pilot before or is talented. Unfortunately I need to do it the hard way and learn it step by step. :p

@wbrulez Yeah, the jets aren't easy to get points with until you can get the neccessities (I.E. Flares, Heat Seekers, Stealth). I just reccommend rolling with a full squad of friends, hop into the jet, and try and get close to enemy aircraft and beat them in a circle dogfight, and once the enemy aircraft are down, tell your ground buddies to spot tanks so you can line up a strafing run effectively. They get REALLY useful once you start unlocking higher level stuff for them.
