GTA SA IS BETTER CUZ IN GTA IV theres no working out, theres no losing weight/gaining weight, theres no haircuts, no tattoos, no improvements (weapon skill, driving skill, bike skill, etc), the way you start off, thats the way your going to be for the whole game...no custom paint jobs or car mods, no jetpacks, no airplanes, no hovercrafts, smaller weapon selection, smaller map, no significant change in scenery (no forests, plains, mountains, and deserts like in SA when you could just cruise)!!!!
