hi baz i just want to say that you are very polite person:) you have teached med a lot of exercises by looking at your videos:) i have a question, i dont drink often, but i want to know if alcohol is bad for the training?
@FuckMagic1 - thanks very much for the compliment. I am glad I have been of help to you. I think anything in moderation is ok. If you overdo alcohol it will be very bad for you. Baz
I don't have heavy weights, and the ones I have now i am growing out of. Is it helping me at all if i am holding the weight up in till I fell like its going to fall out of my hands, otherwise I find my self doing to many reps and it takes forever to get a burn.
@coolstory92 - muscles grow because of resistance. If you want to build you will need to find some extra weights. Maybe tie a bag with some extra weight on your weights so you can keep putting the muscle under extra stress. Baz
Baz, thank you for this. Maybe you should start a web community page (forum, comments, pages with these videos and also training pics and program of members) as an improvement of your website.
@BazBlog hey baz , i just want to ask , do you know if weight lifting stunts growth ? and if exercises like deadlifts and squats etc , stunt growth ? im 14 years old and i have been lifting for a few months , however im quite scared of the thought of it stunting my growth, i usually do a rep range of 8-12 reps , please help me , thanks.
@owynsimms This is a myth, i was worried about this to, im taller than all my friends and ive done weight lifting for a while so don't worry about it!
@StinKyChupz - you are very lucky and that does not mean you have not done some bone damage that you will feel when you get to your 40's and 50's. There is no myth about science and medical evidence. I strongly advise that you give your body a chance to mature a bit and then you can push it. Baz
@owynsimms - the problem with lifting heavy weights when you are young is the bone ends are not hard or mature enough till you get to about 15/16. I personally would never lift heavy weight at that age as I think you can do damage. You have over 50 years to lift weights so do not rush it. Do push ups and things that do not need weights. You will have a fantastic foundation for when you do decide to go heavy. Baz
well its inspiring seeing a 58 year old man with such a great body it really is and you deserve massive thanks from everyone who watches your videos and learns from them, so thank you
Hello sir, how can i get my shoulders broader? Pls suggest me the exercises for it and how many sets i should do each. Good luck and make more vid`s pls their very helpful.
noticed a difference within 3 weeks mainly just tension in my muscles but a later 2 weeks after that i defiantly can see me deltiods are bigger cheers Baz !
@topperheartramada - it is easy to make a statement like that till you are actually face to face. You will probably have to change your underware. I know I have spent many years in the army and seen those things happen. Baz
@BazBlog Haha, sorry, that was a cryptic reference. I have recently been introduced to the ramblings of an American professional wrestler under the name of 'Ultimate Warrior'. In one of his videos he ponders how he should build himself up for the upcoming fight and thinks to himself that he should probably go to Africa and get trampled by elephants. The man was insane, but his promos were hilarious. Anyway, I love your videos. They have been a great help to me.
hi i really liked your video. i just have one question if you dont mind. im 18 and im kinda underweight, i never work out, but my muscles are visible. if i keep doing this consistently would it work if i maintained my daily food intakes, which is fruits and sometimes casual meals
@superman1113215 - If you want to gain good weight you will have to eat well. That means a balanced diet of protein along with carbs and some vege. I would suggest you have a look at the nutrition video for some meal ideas. The lifting weights is only part of good gains. I would also focus on compound exercises as they are about the best. I hope that helps. Baz
your videos are awesome really but i have a question, do you have any training on muscels in the legs? Cause thats only thing i dont workout that much and if you have video about them then i didnt seen them :P
@ultimatestupidy - thanks so much. There are a few videos showing squats and Bulgarian split squats. It is so important to train legs as they help with the growth of the whole body. I would never miss out training legs. Baz
@rayeris619 - You need to understand that very heavy weight1-5 reps is for strength. Heavy weight 8-12 reps is for building muscle and light 15-20 reps is more for fitness training. @Cxeri93 - thanks so much. You are the perfect age to really go for it with your training. Your bone ends will be hard now so there is no problem. You will still keep growing right into your early 20's with any type of training you do now. I would really go for it my friend. Baz
Thank you so much. I will go for it, and I will follow your videos.
When doing these Deltoid-exercises, does it affect biceps? I don't want those big biceps muscles, i want a slim body like ryan reynolds with perfect deltoids.
@Cxeri93 - thanks. With almost every excercise you will work secondary muscles. I would just really focus on the detoids when you do the exercise and you will find they are the ones that will get the best growth. You will not get much of a bicep workout when you do deltoids that is for sure. Baz
Hi Baz I'm a young bodybuilder of the age 20 years now I've been doing some work on muscles and sometimes when I feel like I get no results I am looking your videos and you keep inspiring me to keep it up you are awesome thanks for motivating me :)
@TheReignboy - thanks very much for the comment. I am glad that they are helping you. You must remember that how you think will affect how well you will build. You must beleive that you are going to get great results. Then eat right and train hard and you will build well. You must also be patient though as it does not happen overnight. Baz
@basse123ify - The key is the food you eat. Have a look at the nutrition video. Once you have got that right then you can focus on your training. The best training in the world will not help if the food intake is wrong. Baz
hi baz been following your steps for awhile now and id like to thank you for your help ive made a vast improvement also the enthusiasm you put into your vids also help lol thank you once again and look forward to more vids
@carloselizond0 - I am sorry you are dissapointed. I am very happy with my size. I also do not train to please others. I also did not invent this exercise and it works on all the top builders. Perhaps you could find a channel with a load of steroid taking guys and learn from them. Baz
@yaupng I just think that you need to see a well defined dude to make the videos like that and to see that it really works, here's no motivation at all. im sorry dude but it's the true /:
Here is a question for you... Ok, I am 6,1 and 220lb what would you say is the best work outs for me, cause IDE lik to lose some belly fat get broader shoulders lose thigh fat and form strong arms? I'm asking for some bit but I really would lik to kno? Thanks
@Microbrew17 - I would change the exercises and the reps. I have found that doing a few sessions with much lighter weights going to failure with each set seems to make a nice change. I often get quite stiff doing this. After 3/4 sessions of this I go back to a good plan and find I can keep making changes. Baz
@TCtrois - Right now I would be doing some push ups with some pull ups. They will both help you with making your arms, back and shoulders a lot stronger. Baz
Hey Baz, Im nearly 16. 5'11 and 1/2. I weigh 164 lb. and I have been training here and there but not consistently. I play soccer between January till June. and want to work out my deltoids. triceps. biceps. and my back. can you please send me a plan on what to do? In this video i learnt that i was lifting weights wrong. I was swinging them.
Hey Baz; I'm 15 and trying to improve my physical condition, i'm starting to get a fair amount of muscle on my arms however i want to try loose my stomach fat (i'm a healthy weight, it's just that for some reason i have a small yet slightly noticeable collection of fat there) What would you say the best way to loose this fat is without loosing too much muscle mass?
@Alai631 - if you have a look at the nutrition video that is how I eat most of the time. I do cheat from time to time but mostly I stick to the protein and carbs fist size per meal. Baz
your tips are really very useful, I'm applying all of your training tips to my training & I can really notice the difference in my body, thanks a lot for all of your videos. god bless & keep training us :-)
@DrakullKrauser - that is very strange. I think it is the way you are holding yourself. It does not make sense unless some muscles have gone into spasm and causing this. You can make one shoulder go up and the other downlike a shrug. Try pulling the other side up a bit and relaxing the other side so they are equal. If that does not work find a pilates instructor they are great at getting you to change your stance. Baz
I love this video Baz. I am here at home with 10 pound dumb bells and. I gotta tell you, this really wears me out. HAHA, I really feel that burn in my deltoid. Thank you and I hope to keep using this technique to improve.
good instructive video! I see loads of guys in the gym "throwing" the weights just like you say, makes me laugh every time!! keep it going mate you look great! Gary, Australia.
I had to say thank you my friend, I have been watching your videos then going to the gym and trying to become a new me, it's only been a couple months but my friends notice I'm getting a lot slimmer and more muscular, thank you so much!
This was really helpful I have been trying to figure out how to get my deltoids bigger but everyone I asked didn't have an anwser I was also wondering how many of them I should do? Like three sets of ten? Thats what I started doing but I just want to double check and it is nice too see a person who is doing these sort of tips and not full of themself.
@TheGrayFox102 - thanks for the compliment. I would do 5/6 sets of 8-12 reps as heavy as I can handle without losing form. Do not train them more than 2 times a week. If you do you could easily overtrain them and you will not really get them to grow. Baz
I can totally relate to this man. January 2010 I was 20.5 stone. I am now 14.5 stone! I was 46 inch waste, 62 inch stomach, 16 inch biceps...I was in really, really bad condition. I now train 2 hours a day 4 days week.
I am 34 inch waste, 36 inch stomach, 18.5 inch biceps....Oh yeah and I am 42 this year. It's true. If you put the effort in, no matter your age or condition you will get results! thanks for sharing Baz and keep it up
@crisbianfloyde - that is fantastic results. You are so right that if you are prepared to put in the effort you will get the results. Well done you are an inspiration my friend. Baz
@TheVINOUK - I do not think you will get bigger deltoids if you train them continuously. They need time to repair and grow. You should not train them more then 2 times a week. Thanks for the compliment. Baz
@vector8090 - build a massive upper body. Lose body fat is the main way. I would do some squats as that gets the glutes to tighten up a lot and builds big quads. Baz
You're an inspiration to your viewers Baz, thanks for posting up these helpful videos.
I have a question: which shoulder exercises should I put into my shoulder workout sessions? Right now I'm doing military presses, dumbbell presses, and shrugs.
@YTMasterflame - Thanks so much. I think just normal barbell/dumbbell shoulder presses are by far the best for shoulders. It will depend on the number of reps and sets you do. I would something like 8-12 reps with 6 sets. You need to go as heavy as you can. You should only really struggle with the last 2/3 reps with each set so make sure you adjust the weights to the right amount. Never train them more than 2 times a week with at least 48 hours rest between. Baz
@HZcyber - there is not much you can do about your genetic make up. The length of bones are what they are. You can adjust the way you stand that might make a difference. You could be sort of hunching the one side a bit. I have a bad habit of dropping the one side and have been correcting that every time I think of it. Baz
Thanks for your videos. I just subscribed and am reviewing all of your videos. I am 58 and had the same exercise/quit/exercise/quit habit. It's time for me to stop the cycle and start working out regularly. Your videos have me fired up again. Thanks again.
@shalimarray - You are the perfect age to make a massive difference to your life. It is not that hard and I will send you the plan that I used and it really worked well for me. Good luck with your training and if I can help you in any way just let me know. Baz
Hey Baz, all of your videos are very informative. I have even started working on few of them. Thanks for all the great videos. Will always come back for more.

Hey Blaz, I am 14 years old 5"7 and 103lbs, How to train broader shoulder?
TCtrois 6 months ago
@TCtrois - Right now I would be doing some push ups with some pull ups. They will both help you with making your arms, back and shoulders a lot stronger. Baz
BazBlog 6 months ago
@BazBlog Thanks For Your Reply, Should i do it Every Day Or Skip 1 Day And Do It Again?
TCtrois 6 months ago
@TCtrois - I would do them about 3 times a week. Baz

@Alai631 - if you have a look at the nutrition video that is how I eat most of the time. I do cheat from time to time but mostly I stick to the protein and carbs fist size per meal. Baz

BazBlog 7 months ago
@DrakullKrauser - best of luck with it. Baz
BazBlog 7 months ago
@DrakullKrauser - that is very strange. I think it is the way you are holding yourself. It does not make sense unless some muscles have gone into spasm and causing this. You can make one shoulder go up and the other downlike a shrug. Try pulling the other side up a bit and relaxing the other side so they are equal. If that does not work find a pilates instructor they are great at getting you to change your stance. Baz
BazBlog 7 months ago
@TheFunnyMonkeyBoy - the best exercise for back deltoids is bent over side raises. Others will only slightly work them. Baz

I love this video Baz. I am here at home with 10 pound dumb bells and. I gotta tell you, this really wears me out. HAHA, I really feel that burn in my deltoid. Thank you and I hope to keep using this technique to improve.

TheGrayFox102 8 months ago
@TheGrayFox102 - thanks for the compliment. I would do 5/6 sets of 8-12 reps as heavy as I can handle without losing form. Do not train them more than 2 times a week. If you do you could easily overtrain them and you will not really get them to grow. Baz
BazBlog 8 months ago
@BazBlog Thank you

Is it easy to get noticeably bigger deltoids quickly if you do continuous deltoid exercises? Great vid btw :)
TheVINOUK 8 months ago
@TheVINOUK - I do not think you will get bigger deltoids if you train them continuously. They need time to repair and grow. You should not train them more then 2 times a week. Thanks for the compliment. Baz

How do to get a smaller butt if your a guy. Mine is kind of big what exercise would I do
vector8090 8 months ago
@vector8090 - build a massive upper body. Lose body fat is the main way. I would do some squats as that gets the glutes to tighten up a lot and builds big quads. Baz

You're an inspiration to your viewers Baz, thanks for posting up these helpful videos.
I have a question: which shoulder exercises should I put into my shoulder workout sessions? Right now I'm doing military presses, dumbbell presses, and shrugs.
YTMasterflame 8 months ago
@YTMasterflame - Thanks so much. I think just normal barbell/dumbbell shoulder presses are by far the best for shoulders. It will depend on the number of reps and sets you do. I would something like 8-12 reps with 6 sets. You need to go as heavy as you can. You should only really struggle with the last 2/3 reps with each set so make sure you adjust the weights to the right amount. Never train them more than 2 times a week with at least 48 hours rest between. Baz

hey baz, i been training my shoulder. But both are not even, the length is different. I look weird on the mirror. help me
HZcyber 9 months ago
@HZcyber - there is not much you can do about your genetic make up. The length of bones are what they are. You can adjust the way you stand that might make a difference. You could be sort of hunching the one side a bit. I have a bad habit of dropping the one side and have been correcting that every time I think of it. Baz
