If I remember right, there has been at least 2 Damien Rice songs in House episodes which is reason enough to watch it.

I knew Glen Hansard from "Once" but had never heard this song before. It may replace "Say It To Me Now" as my favorite song of his.

I've first heard it in the movie "On the Edge" with Cillian Murphy which I could only get as an UK-Import cause it's not available here in Germany - neither this song by the Frames.
