If you have someone place there hand on the foot, push the foot towards the knee(don't push on the arch) then raise the leg up slightly it relieves the leg pain. I have hsp and it is worse at night. Take .25 now .5mg alprazolam , constipation makes it worse during the day balance is problem, bright lights and heat causes seizure like symptoms take lorazepam .5 mg stress makes it alot worse, so you have to try to relax and b12 and fish oil also helps.
