Spies is pretty dam powerful. Just annoys the fuk outa me when he knocks on like 5 times per a game. When he gets going, he is like a super charged elephant stampeding, only to lose the ball within 20m. Annoys the shit outa me.

And for the strength comment do some research before commenting. pierre and beast competing for that posision, he's gym regime hell of alot more than burgers. faster? when playing for tuks wing he was clocked at a 10.4s for hundred metres. since playing for the bulls at eighthman he is bit slower dew to bulk 11.2s that rufly the speed as any super14 winger. geeze man waisting my time just read.

spies is usless did you see him against the all blacks last saturday all he did was break one tackle he is so overatted and habana did not even get a touch i think that rupeni caucau would give brian habana a lesson on how to play rugby and i think that parisse and palu are a lot better than spies as parisse give 100% always and i think that palu is a better runner than spies as is kankowski who is faster than spies and more explosive so i think that they are overated
