Firstly, I think the best Fast and Furious is the 5th movie, and that's because the director and writers realised they should be making a movie about characters in cars (not just about cars) and that the action should be crazy. That movie was more or less a superhero movie, with everyone's powers being cars.

Secondly, Drive is not an action movie, at least not totally. It's a suspenseful drama that sought to satirize typical action films.
