@fjan007 Only some. I know for a fact that Cerberus, Xaldin, and the first Xemnas (before everyone but Riku and Sora are locked out) work, but I'm not sure on the others.

what i love about mickey is that when i tried defeating the boss i was facing i got whopped but when mickey came i whopped him until he had like 1 health left then i brought back sora and dead

yes but i only played as mickey (without his cloak) at your second visit at beast's castle boss. i never died here (mostily because i don't die on purpose) or played him in his cloak. you also don't play as him in some other bosses.

1 of my friends once told me about this, that you have to press the reaction command button to heal Sora, then Mickey runs away, and you play as Sora again.

i always die on purpose in the storm rider boss just so i can play as him and i would die on purpose every mickey boss but dont cuz i no more than likely he wont come because the more times he saves u in one mickey boss the less of a chance he'll save you in another

Very good video of King Mickey! This is one of the only ones I've seen with King Mickey that have good quality. And sorry to trouble anyone, but I've heard that there's a way to play as King Mickey whenever you want, but you have to do something special in the game to do it. Does anyone know how? You know after the boss's health goes down to 1 Mickey can't do anymore. it's because every boss has to be finished by a finishing blow. and Mickey's attacks don't have a combo finish. it was to prevent awkward endings. I like this vid. by the way, I havn't seen many other Micky gamplay vids.

yea,u die on bosses and theirs a 70% chance of getting a white screen that says "i wont give up!".then u hit that and mickey appeasrs,use d-charge to charge to 3 gauges,then hit triangle again to use healing light to revive sora with max drive,mp,and hp

You dont need a code for mickey. all you need to do is go on proud mode (you can get him on other modes but more chance on proud) and die in a boss.

It may sound weird, but King Mickey only appears during certain boss fights (I'm not sure which) whenever you die. There's no guarantee that he'll come since it's all randam. I know for a fact that he does appear in the fight against Xaldin. And if I recall correctly, the more times you use Mickey, the less often he'll appear the next time you die.

I know! There's just something about Mickey that makes me wish you could play as him all through the game. Maybe it's all the agility the little guy has, maybe it's the cool black coat, or all the awesome looking combos. It sucks that he is so easily killed later on. x(

on begginer its hard to die so its normal that u never saw him b4. i only played with him on proud mode when i died with that 5 lances guy in beasts castle...mickey helped me 3 sucessive times in the same boss lol.than i just level up sora 3 times and it was so easy to beat.lol

Playing as King Mickey is random during the boss fights. If Sora gets knocked out during a boss fight one of two things will happen. You'll either have to start over or if you're lucky King Mickey will appear and you'll play as him until you can revive Sora. As for Auron, he gets knocked out with Sora. Auron is not playable though. He can however be chosen to be in your party while in the Underworld.
