Does any ones else head hurt? even their hair to touch it? My scalp in ONE spot is so sore! I am using Head and shoulders now. I was given 2 different meds by 2 different Drs and both did not work :9 It really hurts!!!
Ok, I ate some sugar over Christmas and it started to slightly flare up again, but not nearly as bad. I used carmex on it. Two days later it was gone. Try Carmex in the yellow tube or bottle. Carmex may be the silver bullet for flare ups.
Hey by avoid sugar do you mean fruit as well? Because there's a lot of sugar in fruit isn't there? And one more thing: what sort of probiotics did you consume? Thanks a lot!
@Reynaldo95283 I avoided fruit for almost 3 months I have eased it back into my diet. For me after I got my body back in balance it did not seem to be the fruit bothering me as much as the processed sugar and sweets.
@redmoongallery dude. since I watched your video my seborrheic dermatitis has disappeared COMPLETELY I kid you not. After like 3 weeks too!!!!!! And my condition was soo bad no lie. This is such legit advice man !! I did do a few things different but honestly everything revolved around your advice. Anyone with q's has to ask me i'll post what i did on my channel if anyone wants. SCREWWW dermatologists!!!!!!!!
@adambrownbrownie OK, so just eat less sugar, drink lemon water and take vitamin B complex? Thank you very much, i really hope this works out for me too...
@redmoongallery ok man, thanks... i have one more question. How long did you practice this "cure"? I know that my situation has drastically gotten worse in the winter, and again in wormer times it's almost gone... Thanks again! God bless
Hi redmoongallery, for how long have you used this before you started seeing results? Are you still using vitamine B complex pills and are you still avoiding the soaps?
@adambrownbrownie It will took a couple of weeks before I started to see any improvements. I still use Vitamin B a couple time a week. I avoid soap with sulfates. I found if I have dandruff flair up on my scalp at all I use Listerine and it works wonderful.
My name is Will, i have suffered with this since my teens & over the years its gotten worse, over the time ive tried to eat healthier & still i get it, if i dare touch soft drinks or pizza i have red flare ups!!! but usually i have bad dandruff and dry red oily skin on sides nose, a patch near right side upper lip around and thru eyebrows & inside ears..cant wait to try this, thanks so much!!! also do you know any foods that help make it better and foods that make it worse ps im vegetarian
I can not tolerate sugar but I have a little on special occasions. I find that I do very well when I eat salads, with lean meats (mostly fish/ shrimp) preferbally salmon. Salmon can get expensive so I get it in the can. But being a vegetarian maybe salads with nuts or beans. Olive Oil or Canola Oil seems to be good. I only drink, coffee, lemon water, and beer.
Update. 2 months later and my Seborrheic Dermatitis is gone, no sign of it what so ever. I think this condition is a result of your body being out of balance. This may help you get your body back in balance.
