I agree with the comment below. It really is inappropriate to teach kids to pick their noses, and then touch books. It isn't cute at all. Look at the other videos where the teachers use hand motions.

Cute kids, but why encourage them to 'pick' their noses? They could just point to themselves and then make a motion 'picking' something off a shelf.
