Why people says that Brian lost his voice, come on didnt anybody hear the Brian Wilson Reimagines Gershwin album??? his voice is perfect and he doen't tour with the Beach Boys because he has his tour set

OK So.... Mike still tours as "THE BEACH BOYS" because he performs with them right? NO!!! "Stand up on stage without uttering a word" does not count as performing.

Brian might have lost his voice, but at least he still tries his best to sing onstage, pllus he still writes stuff. Mike on the other hand... well, this video says it all.

Since 1981 I have seen The Beach Boys 28 times. I stopped when Mike started with this ensemble. I like Mike & Bruce, but without Brian & Al, well they aren't The Beach Boys, they are Mike & Bruce & that is that. I have met all of them, I have been backstage at shows, and believe me they are & were all nice guys. But now there really is no need for them to keep going like this. It is sad that Mike is carrying this on like he is.

Oh so I guess we can call the Rolling Stones a cover band to huh since only 3 original band members are left. And Mike may not be singing lead on this one song but the others he originally sang lead on he still does and sounds exactly the same as he ever has!

When I heard Mike and the current Beach Boys line up live last year Mike sounded exactly the same. He's never been the greatest singer in the world but since they got this new group of guys compared to that horrible Good Morning America appearance Mike, Bruce and the classic Beach Boy songs sound better than ever. I really never thought I'd say this but this current line up performs the all these old songs better on stage than original BB's did!

Truthfully if you put Brian and Mike side by side on stage with the same band and told them to sing the same exact song. Mike would sound better sadly Brian really can't carry a tune anymore. That's why he's got that amazing band with him!

No, I actually like Chris. I'm a Dennis fan but Chris is a nice looking unpretentious young man. I give Mike credit for that, but Christian is doing a wonderful job. Keep up the good work, kid!!!!

This is kinda sad. The perfomers are just fine, yet without Carl, Dennis, Brian and Al ... just isnt even close to being a Beach Boys concert. But hey, if theyre having fun, why bust on 'em.

I loved Dennis and Carl and still love Brian, Al and even Mike and Bruce like I love God's children. But no Wilsons no boys. Christian will do great things. It is time for Mike to pass the baton. Sorry bud, bud after Dennis and Carl died and Brian left, yours and Bruces time came and went. Go Christian!!!!

When has Brian ever said Mike was an "*******" to him. It seems like they had a great relationship before Brian became a drug addict. Mike was never a drug addict. What about self accountability for Brian's own actions?

Good point mdefil23!! I love Brian Wilson and Mike Love both. But credit has to go to Mike for staying away from the drugs. At least it is good that Brian saw wisdom and eventualy did come clean. It would be lovely to see them perform together again, I mean both of them together would be spectacular!
