  • Too many variables involved, to give recommendations through the internet. Work the VMO and try working the posterior chain. Most ITB issues are due to excessive quad dominant exercises and partial range of motion squats.

  • This is the first time i have seen Poliquin's lower body assessment online. If you do not mind could you please post videos for the rest of the lower body assessment as well as how to do a proper snatch deadlift on a podium as it is extremely tough and it accompanies this exercise.

  • This is a variation of one of the exercises used in Poliquin's lower body assessment. I cannot reveal his lower body assessment because it is not mine to give away. I can however, post a video of the snatch grip deadlift on a podium. Give me 2 days.
