As far as getting a copy of the music, search google for "La Promessa (Canzonetta) by Gioachino Rossini is from Les Soirees Musicales: no 1" and a number of options will show up, including a site to order the music.
this is a really nice song. im learning it just now for my end of year recital. i was come on youtube to hear other people's versions, so thank you for yours! you have a lovely voice!

Thanks, this was almost 2 years ago, and her voice is improving. Next month she starts her soph year at Agnes Scott as a voice major.
