yeah def get a better box. no question about it. real nice subs but that box is not only too small, but you gotta get a slot port and prob thicker material. you could get a much better sound quality from those fuckers haha

Nice setup bra.. that box looks around 4-5 cu ft one 15 l7 can hog up 6.0 cu.. ft your running 2 i think box needs to be about double the size and slot ported tuned about 38-40hz to get thefull potenial these beast have.

these Subs run at 1000 eachh and peakk at 2000 eachh. so if he would to have a kicker amp i wouldd guess the ZX2500.1 but if there underpowered then the ZX1500.1 would be my next guess

what kind of amps are u running? i got 2 l7 15 also in a custom ported bow running it with a jl 1000v2 that shit makes them flex. i had 2 hifonics 1606 bd 4 each but i dint like them they were loud but the jl makes them hit like an earthquake.

Well..you have to really push more power to a sealed box to make it as loud as you may want. Though...if a person likes to have space in their trunk, to store SOMETHING, of course they want sealed.

it varies i got 2 L7 15's in the trunk...(check out my vid) and they hit a 141.7 but my buddys truck hit a 148.9 with the same subs

I have the same...2 08 15" l7's with the zx2500.1 kicker amp and i got 151.5 db in my truck and my box is horrible as well as i got hella space i need to get rid of to increase the SPL
