Classic Mac OS isn't that great, but if you were referring to Mac OS X, you have obviously never tried it as an operating system. The interface is simpler, it has *nix at it's core, and very very few released viruses affect it (updates fix the vulnerabilities too, instead of creating new ones), practically nullifying the point of running an antivirus. (Linux has no released viruses that affect it.)

You know those ads where Microsoft buys someone a computer of their choice and everyone kept choosing Microsoft? Yeah, well, the ads worked REALLY well and Apple ended up begging Microsoft to pull them. They didn't. So Apple changed the price on one of their computers by a few hundred dollars and asked Microsoft to change one of the commercials to reflect the change, they did. Apple is afraid of Microsoft for good reasons. Oh, and PCs can run Apple OS now.

Yeah my old windows xp desktop has a 20 gig hard drive, and it runs better than my cousins 200 gig leopard. my 250 gig win7 laptop is epic.
