the technique is terrible my eyes hurt from watching. Those aren't even pull-ups haha it looks like someones having a seizure on the bar. I am not saying this workout doesn't look hard but people are bound to get injured as well as not get the best gains possible as they should with proper form
@herniker Give it a try. If you're strong enough. It's working for a population that nothing else worked for, so at least give it the respect it deserves. You can't, though, because it scares you. I understand. Good luck to you, regardless.

Just another way of burning calories and doing power workouts on an "aerobic" way.
Dont be fooled, there is no way you get muscular doing this. Instead you will more likely
get overtrained easily, you will burn fat yeah along with some muscle, so if you want to get thinner
like that guy in the Stephen King movie, just do this old reinvented workout that now is called "crossfit" gimme a break !
