this ONLY works if you are logged on the Admin account while doing it, you can't change the admin account password this way while being logged into a guest account for example so this is completely useless!

If you can't find it:

Go to My Computer

Local Disk C

Open "Windows"

Find "System 32"

Inside System 32 there will be a file named CMD.

However, this method will most likely not work for you on a limited account because most administrators disable the command box
