  • My mom had 3 kids and has not 1 stretch mark, that is because her skin is quite elastic. I on the other hand was about 13 when I started to notice stretch marks on my thighs from growing. My skin is not very elastic and I am afraid what it will be like when I have kids T_T

  • Don't scratch

  • I used the Huile tonic and didnt help at all i tried every cream cheap and expensive and still got them all over me. I guess is in our genes my daughter going in to puberty got them alread really sad.

  • Ask Cosmetics Cop Paula Begoun what really works for any skin problem !

  • Using Exuviance Hand and Body lotion can prevent stretch mark effectively. Most moisturiser dry up after 2-3 hours and have to reapply but this one just apply once night and day will keep my skin supple whole day. However of course i don't eat too much too. works on me.

  • Thats a great video. I have got stretch marks around my belly after my first pregnancy .. Looking for video like this from long time .. nice informative video . Thanks

  • Ten weeks and no stretch marks! Although I still have 30 weeks to go :P I've been rubbing lotion on everynight. I hope it works =)

  • you could tell she was reading the word from somewhere...she stuttered too much

  • I got them on my breast before I was even 4 months. I apply Creamy baby oil to my belly and it seems to help but I am noticing small ones on my side and I am only 24 wks. I am still going to try to prevent them. I really don't want stretch marks

  • it easier to get rid of them while their still purple because their in the healing process but laser solutions could be an option for some. DO NOT GO TO A QUACK. INTERVIEW THESE PEOPLE THAT USE LASERS>

  • stretch marks are unavoidable. its hormonal also genetics have something to do with it, What i am doing is mixing almond oil grapeseed oil and 7 oz of shea butter mixed together into a runny milky consistancy. I use it at night because it so greasy. it costs about 20 bucks a month just for that i also use lavender sugar sugar scrubs from bbw. Staying moist is better then nothing and drinking water may help the skin from tearing up worse then if you did not do anything at all.

  • Stretch marks in inevitable. They are more prominent if you are light-skinned. The only way to avoid them is if you have extra skin (not literally extra). Applying lotion doesn't remove or reduce them, it only helps with itching as your skin is stretched. Stretch marks are just the lines where you skin has torn. If you want to know if you're going to have them, look at your mom. If she has them, you will, too.

  • pls explain how to prevent varicose veins..my wife had severe of them during pregnancy and now she has pain and marks on her legs...thank u

  • @jzk3x to prevent them... keep your legs and feet elevated alot... this will help blood flow ( varicose veins(basically) happen when a large amount of blood is trying to pass through a vein and the vein then ends up popping. ) and rubbing yur feet and legs alot can help prevent them as well.. hope this helped :)

  • This doesnt help me....

  • i would support crystal110987 on that it has to do with the gene, there is nothing u can do tpo prevent or stop it after birth it goes away on its own

  • nothing prevents them. if you're going to have them you'll get them. I'm 37 weeks now and have been applying cream even before I got pregnant. Both Bio-Oil and Palmer's Cocoa Butter which are supposed to be the best. I already had a few under my bust before 35 weeks but was devastated to discover after 36 weeks my first ones on my belly! I eat well and have put on the right pregnancy amount. So ignore this woman please.

  • @luvasia24 ii just started using bio-oil during my pregnancy a lil less then a month ago... and im finding that ii did a better job at preventing my stretch marks when ii used a thick moisturizer on my belly 2-3 times a day... useing bio-oil doesnt really work ii agree with you there, but ii do belive that a thick moisturizer with vitamin E added to it can really help drastically in preventing stretch marks

  • @luvasia24 it is all about the exercise. That is the only way to prevent stretch marks. And a soft belly massage. Its all about making your skin as elastic as possible, and only exercise and massage can do that.

  • you dont seem like a doctor and this is useless advice please stop making urself look like this you just dont have knowledge of a doctor

  • Wow, sounds to me like you have stretch marks and you're extremely bitter about it.

BTW, She says "HELP prevent stretch marks". I didn't hear the word "guarantee" anywhere in that clip. Some women are just prone to get them, but it doesn't hurt to try and "prevent" them. Jackass.

  • @hassanshah you're an ass.

  • lmao you made youself sound like a dumbass... preventing stretch marks has nothing to do with the baby and would not harm the baby in any way... your just applying cream to your skin... its basically like puttin on lotion.. is lotion dangerous for the baby to now?? geeze!

  • i think it's down to genes, weight gain and skin condition. but if your gonna get them you'll prob get them. i've got stretch marks at the tops of my legs from puberty. im now 5 months pregnant i've been using Johnsons Baby Oil Gel. i don't have any on my tummy yet so fingers crossed :D

  • how do u stop urself from scratchn? cuz its annoying itch lol

  • Yeah...about that. There is no way to prevent stretch marks, sometimes its in your genes!
