Meaning, that, because of centuries of inbreading (1st cousin to 1st cousin marriages), the children are born with a significantly lower aptitude for learning leading to a rather greater appetite for violence. @rajivunome , Afghanistan is also a diverse multi ethnical country, these chitrali people speak a language that is more closely related to the language spoken in the kashmir valley than afghansitan languages like pashto or tajiki. But surely they have cultural influence from nearby afghansitan areas since they live at the border with north eastern part of afghanistan, the influence is mostly tajiki.
