There is "Ugg Australia" owned and made locally,and the other one "Ugg Australia" is owned by American footwear giant Deckers,manufactured in China and is more than $100 dearer. Some say the one made in china is better - from the soles, to the lining, the upper or surface of the boot, to the color-fastness and even the material its supposed to be made from....soooooo

Pity the ugg boots from the US-owned Ugg Australia brand are usually made in China. Always look for the place of manufacture before buying your uggs.... in this case ignore what the misleading brand label says.

Cool! I love uggs! They've gotten really expensive lately though... if you are looking for something cheaper look at bearpaws! They are just as good!
