First of all Indians are not 1% of workforce. There are between 4-7 million Indians working in USA and 150 jobs. That puts the number somewhere around 5%. I just looked up information on H-1B , L-1, and L-4 visas. Dobbs said that 3/4ths of H-1B visa holders come in as L-1 (which is the lowest rank), but L-1 type visas are in fact (it seems) a completely separate visa program. What is going on here?
And i found out that all H1-B visa holders need bachelor's degrees, or an equivalent degree.

First of all Indians are not 1% of workforce. There are between 4-7 million Indians working in USA and 150 jobs. That puts the number somewhere around 5%. And yes, if those 4 million are ALL concentrated in USA's highest paying jobs (IT, Wall St), then yes, they can collapse the econ. Not to mention their incompetence and inability to keep companies going when they take them over from American workers.

Sun Microsystems has been taken over by Indian and Chinese workers and the company's stock is at $5 and they can barely keep the doors open. Quark was nearly destroyed by a faking Indian conman.
