  • This is extremely informative.

  • maybe u should go over stances first, then you can use the bands.

  • where can i buy those bands?

  • all your leg strength should be develeped in the weightroom...practice if for technique both feet and hands...if you dont have the leg strength when it comes around to august its too late

  • Where can I get some of those bands?

  • dude i weigh like 220 pounds and most of it s muscle, idk how to play football and my teachers and everyone is telling me to play football so i came here

  • have them play hand ball.... teaches them to stay square to the ball then they can take that technique on the feild... all bout foot work if you wanna be an o-lineman... (hand ball with the small blue ball)

  • a drill we used to do at my school was called chicken and the farmer... i know it sounds funny but it really works... its for the line and works with pass protection... so its one on one with or with out pads.. one o-line and one d-line guy... the o-line guy has to protect a bag in a pocket of 5- 10 yrds apart and the d-line guy gets to work his tricks and wat not while the o-line guy works on his pass protection... so you get a 2 in one drill...

  • you deffinently dont wanna get high

  • I got a quick question, please reply. Is that pass blocking for when tha

QB is in tha pocket? And if tha QB is out of tha pocket do they jab step?

  • on my football team i was starting LG then i lost my spot because i fell behind and i have been watching ur videos and now im RT and moved the RT to LG and moved the LG to TE because he is smaller then the other linemen

  • thank you so much i have a game monday and i really needed this

  • How're the guys doing? I'm the same # as the left tackle.

  • thanks for this video alot, i use to always forget to stay low well i was shuffling but now i understand, my coaches never told me about that....

i play Center but i'm trying to transition to blind side (left tackle)

  • im an denfensive linemen, middle D linebacker, corner, and running back whats a good drill for me?

  • Honestly you are a great coach and all but your lineman have terrible form. They need to sit back more rather than be so far forward. Two their steps are way too long. Short choppy steps is where it's at.

  • Hello Ricky Siglar Im a offensive guard and I love my position but some of the quarterbacks yell at the other lineman because they missed their block how should i respon to this?

  • @smora1213 My best advice: Block, block, and keep on blocking. And if you ever get a chance in during a scrimmage in practice to play D-Line, make sure to drive that cocky quarterback into the dirt ;)

    Cheers

  • @smora1213 Don't let them get in your head. Be a leader, and tell the QBs to knock it off. Remember to not let the team get demoralized, because as soon as you're mentally beat, then you lose.

  • 1. their stances, their legs are way to far apart.

2, during shuffle. shoulders are way to far forward............. other than that good tecniche.

  • where can i purchase the bands

  • what are the leg straps for?

  • We use them for leg strength training, speed, quickness and flexibility. We are able to do this while we work on sport specific drills to save time.

  • @ myosource Where can i find the leg straps? What is the name for the leg straps and how much?

  • He's retired and he still has quick, tight feet. It's impressive.

  • You are very welcome. We appreciate your comments.

  • Thank you for these videos they are going to help.

  • Mr. Siglar is retired from the NFL. Since this video he has lost 40 lbs.
