Love what this man can do with a Kora. Simply beautiful and hypnotic.

Toumani is by far one of my all time favorite instrumentalist.

THE african one string violin : i know some variation of it ; we have the RITI in my country SENEGAL used by the ethnic group known as THE PEULS they are scattered all throughout africa...we also have the NGONI in MALI ...i have a kora and a talking drum (TAMA)

Simply awesome! My family took me to Senegal in 1980 and my father bought me a kora but we had no idea how to play it. It has just been sitting in my family's house since 1980 and now I am encouraged to get lessons. I never knew how to play it. We just looked at it!!
