I just ended up getting this ending earlier today. I didn't expect the game to end and I wasn't using any walkthroughs of any kind. What the hell did I do wrong? And what do I do differently to continue on in the game?

@pinkypimpalicous instead of going to fight Dario, keep continuing to the left of the map until you go back to the level where you fought puppet master (forgot the name). youll end up in the top floor of that level. You will need the Axe Armor (or skeleton forgot which), Killer Clown, and Ukoback souls. You have to use each in correspondence to the wall insignia before you fight Paranoia. Once you have Paranoia, go back to Dario and use it in front of the mirror to fight Aguni.

@sakur178 well for this ending, you have to defeat Dario without going into the mirror. For the second ending, just don't equip mina's talisman, and the good ending?, doing the opposite of the first two xD

The spritework in this game is fantastic. The artwork in Aria of Sorrow was wonderful. The artwork in this game pisses me right off. I don't know what Konami was thinking, they should have stuck to their old artists. The bright colored anime-style artwork does NOT suit the dark mood of the game in the slightest, it's friggin' terrible.

After Soma got into the mirror and sealed Aguni. Dmitri will lose his power and run away like a coward. Celia will appear and say she's waiting for you at the middle room in Garden of madness. I'm too lazy to tell the full story so I'll say Dmitri is back. After that you'll need to continue the story and face the two last boss. Abaddon and Menace

I have another theory why Dario dies. When Soma used the seal it was possible that he sealed both Dario and the fire demon at the same time. It would be interesting to see what would happen after this but unfortunately we don't see what happens. How could this possibly be a bad ending? Soma defeated the 2 dark lord canidates and units are searching Celia so she could be found eventually.

Killer Clown is, especially when max. leveled, one of the mightiest souls in the game. It IS worth it to get it.

This is the bad ending because the problem isn't resolved.

When Soma goes evil that's the normal ending because the problem is resolved but there still is another problem. Also the game continues when Soma goes evil.

The good ending is when Soma wins and no one is hurt.

The problem is'nt resolved because Dario's soul entered Soma. He gains the power of dominance though this and becomes a channel for Dracula's power. However he cannot control the power of Dominance like Soma can a looses control of Dracula's power as great as it is a turns into the hidious creature we know as Menace which is at the good ending
