it unlocks not only with the touch screen but also with the way you lock it. .by putting the end call button for a while.. try to put it for a while, when you want to unlock it. .

iPhone's camera sucks and it doesn't have an internal or front camera... Samsung Omnia is way much better than iPhone coz it has a 5.1 megapixel camera. i love this phone.
from what i know (not too much) on verizon wireless's version, there is wi-fi capabilities. if $200 gets you wi-fi on verizions service then $800 (not entirely sure) should get you wi-fi too
oh yeah. even for a nice phone ( obviously my opinion) i think that's a tad too expensive. im w/ verizon so i gotto pay $200 but my dad's puttin $100 towards it :)

samsung omnia is better than iphone, for example, it has 5 megapixel camera, a real integrated gps, not assisted gps. it can play more file formats, like divx, it has a memory card expansion slot so it can hold up to 32 gb of information, while iphone just can tak up to 16 gb. and for the last, windows mobile is much better than iphones OS, cause windows mobile has more programs and applications, and has potential to be much bigger than iphone's OS
iphone is just an expensive toy. The iphone camera is just 2 Mp without flash. No camera for videoconference. Iphone bluetooth just for the car (not useful for sending archives to another phone). No flash for today. No multimedia messages. etc.If you want more apps you have to pay. etc..etc.

First of all, this is a Windows Mobile phone, which obviously does support costum apps. Your second note counts for me too, the iPhone is really faster. And for QWERTY.. look at 7:21, voila, a QWERTY keyboard, and if you tilt the screen you'll have a quite large keyboard :)
I quess you should reconsider your first and third note...
MS - supports custom apps always has. The omnia does not fade in and out which is an iphone gimmick, not speed. There is a qwerty KB in landscape mode that has feedback. iphone: no copy& paste no full active sync features no recording of sound no recording of video and sound no memory card addition no radio no recording of radio no flash no java script no DivX ability no customizable layout with 3rd party apps no turn by turn GPS So how is iphone any better?
I just purchase the Samsung Omnia . And found that inside the software not include the mapking . Samsung technical people told me that i should puchase from outside source. Their service are very lousy. If you want to purchase , pls think twice...

this phone is HORRIBLE... the touch screen is inaccurate and unresponsive. audio is pretty shit... the carrier that supporters this phone doesn't spend time dealing with the compatibility problems this phone is bad.

in the box there is a cable you plug into the propiertry port which has a headphone jack on the end

you have to use the adapter that came in the box. it hooks up to the port on the side and has a place for 2 data cables and a headphone jack.

iPhone's camera sucks and it doesn't have an internal or front camera... Samsung Omnia is way much better than iPhone coz it has a 5.1 megapixel camera. i love this phone.

from what i know (not too much) on verizon wireless's version, there is wi-fi capabilities. if $200 gets you wi-fi on verizions service then $800 (not entirely sure) should get you wi-fi too

man. do they have sim cards? if so, may i suggest a motorola motoming A1200?? $200 unlocked. like the new Krave. not sure though if you'll like it. old U.I. it has most of the things (from what i can remember) the omnia has. then again i could be overexaggerating. this was two yrs ago i had the phone (mum broke the hinge) :(

yo all of you im tired of this crap like whos b best phone out there, yes i phone realy do kick ass but it does not have a minor capabilities, cant forward any messges, cant do blue tooth on other devices, mp3 songs cant be use as ring tone, cant zoom in with the cam., and look man yes its faster internet phone out there but using with the 3g it really costs a lot specially in prepaids maybe aple will notice it after they use there phone

the iphone is better becus it actually hase all those features, and the scheen of the iphone is better. all those things you sead, are made in custom apps.
(flash is coming, and turn by turn gps is coming to)
and you can use the iphone FULL with your hands. You need a stiles for the omdia.

samsung omnia is better than iphone, for example, it has 5 megapixel camera, a real integrated gps, not assisted gps. it can play more file formats, like divx, it has a memory card expansion slot so it can hold up to 32 gb of information, while iphone just can tak up to 16 gb. and for the last, windows mobile is much better than iphones OS, cause windows mobile has more programs and applications, and has potential to be much bigger than iphone's OS

iphone is just an expensive toy. The iphone camera is just 2 Mp without flash. No camera for videoconference. Iphone bluetooth just for the car (not useful for sending archives to another phone). No flash for today. No multimedia messages. etc.If you want more apps you have to pay. etc..etc.
Iphone is not the right phone for a professional use (documents, meetings, etc). Is the right phone to be cool with the friends. Is my opinion (and millions more in forums)

the only things thad sucks on the iphone is thad you cant send mms
(you can with a custom app) you cant copy and paste

First of all, this is a Windows Mobile phone, which obviously does support costum apps. Your second note counts for me too, the iPhone is really faster. And for QWERTY.. look at 7:21, voila, a QWERTY keyboard, and if you tilt the screen you'll have a quite large keyboard :)
I quess you should reconsider your first and third note...

I just purchase the Samsung Omnia . And found that inside the software not include the mapking . Samsung technical people told me that i should puchase from outside source. Their service are very lousy. If you want to purchase , pls think twice...
