@DMCcornish i hope you do need a license , have you seen how people that drive scooters with out a license drive , we dont need those types in the air to
@DMCcornish A new Mosquito is about $7000 depending on the options and you don't need a license. See Part 103 FAA codes. I am the Mosquito dealer only in Wisconsin.

@madeintheusaclan Thor Froh is the pilot in the video. Both Thor and I live in Wisconsin where we operate a hang gliding school (Scooter Tow Hang Gliding School). I don't believe there ever was a powered harness clinic in Florida.
