I was searching yoga tips that can help digestive problem and found you. All your videos are amazing. What I want to know is can I directly do the yoga that you made for digestive problem or do I need to do from the yoga for the beginners? and one more thing, when I slept at night, my mouth remains open the whole night and I used to to breath through mouth instead of nose. The mouth becomes dry and that awakes me everyday. I want to get rid of it. any idea?

Hi, Esther. I am having digestion problems(already checked by doctor).I am not able to sit on my ankles, with a pillow anywhere.The best I can do is to sit in a chair and put my feet back on the leg bars.I totally believe in relief by breathing & movement.I am pretty limber.My med. history is long.My youngest Daughter died at 27 recently.I have never been so sick.Everything is out of balance.Is there a different way to sit and still receive the benefits of Yoga?Used to have loads of stamina.
i have a "clicking" and tightness in my right hip after running....the stretch where the leg is brought to the side of the body is amazing. in one of your other videos, you used a band to stretch the leg out to the side - i've never felt such an amazing stretch!! THANK-YOU!!
i have some severe IBS and these really seem to relax my system after i eat non-soluble fiber. thanks so much for your videos. please keep them coming,
