wqhen i started dj'ing in june 78 one of my fav records was tony lee's reach up....seeing the people in bentleys,silver shadow,leviticus,the colibron all dancing away and yes i did use status 4 "you aint really down"..to extended the mix along with the reach up chant....crowd went bananaas...lol

I heard that song on mix many times and it sounds a little different. Very positive message, good synth layered throughout the song...one of the reasons I used to love black music. It's too bad its edge, excitement and positive message.
