Evans EC2's on the toms(clear),G1's on bottom(clear), EMAD's on kick and G1 coated top, hazy 300 bottom on snare. I have a fat snare strainer on the bottom as well now but not in this video

are the EC2s hard to get a good sound out of, cuz like with G2s and like all remos its hard to get the good sound

I switched from Remo about 10 years ago and I have always played G2's on top and G1's on bottom of my toms..I just recently tried these EC2's and I am going back to G2's..with shells other than maple the G2's are trickier to get a good sound but I have never had a problem getting good sound out of G2's on maple kits..these EC2's once they set in tend to sound flat to me and that makes me not a big fan lol..I havent tried them on cheaper kits though they remind me of Remo Pinstripes which tend to
