Resetting your ipod whilst its connected or unplugging could seriously fuck up your ipod, especially whilst its connected and synchronizing. You should make sure that its been safely disconnected and ejected properly or risk losing content from your ipod. Thought I'd point that out as this video does not demonstrate that
