CGI is to blame also, when Pixar starting making computer animated movies everyone thought it was the way to go so we got an awful lot of horrible CGI movies with an horrible graphic and everyone a movie would flop they would use the fact that it wasn't CGI (i.e. Atlantis, Home on the Range...) as a scapegoat, expecially at disney
