What's the big deal about those cops stopping people for speeding along a highway? In USA and Canada you see that all the time. They hide behind overpass walls and pull you over on the shoulder just the same way as in this video. So what's the big deal? Stupid??? YES of course, but that's not exclusive to S.A..
