The voice is unmistakable. The guitar was the dead give away. But I almost didn't recognize him with the beard until The close up shot and then the eyes ratted him out.... BEST lead I have ever heard in my life... I can never get enough!!!
Yep, Price/Peverett definitely had a very unique style. Price (RIP) was the SOUL of Foghat, No doubt. DRIVIN' WHEEL is still one of my Fav's. Price's Guitar Style is legendary although very different from Wally Bryson's.
Oh yea very different style...Do you know if the Raspberries are going to do a few shows this year? And your correct about Price, legendary and also the best slide player by a long, long shot...
Just a bit different than the original version. Did Wally Bryson work up these different arrangements. I like how they improvised on this song. This is such a great tune.
Yes he was - boy this was a fluke me finding these lol - every once in awhile I look for Choir or The Mods, or Raspberries or Wally stuff - you made my day!

With Dave Smalley down at the other end playing bass this a smokin' video. A band with two original Raspberries. excellent! Thanks.

DiBiashere, I agree. What do you think of Duane Allman's slide work?? Too bad he died so young. Great on "One way out"

Allman was tremendous also along with Johnny Winter,Rory Gallager,Manny Charlton of the old Nazareth, but nobody played like Rod
