  • dang these new backyard baseball games are pretty realistic! glad they kept the super slow mo pitch though

  • crazy japs.

  • @NewWaveFan1 ~ stupid red neck.

  • wow, asian baseball is so stupid with their strike zone that can't be reached with a ten foot long pole.

  • Dice-K still has great stuff, he just doesn't have the right mentality when facing MLB hitters

  • i dont know what im looking at

  • No ones curve ball is better than timmy's

  • @jrmixtapes il thumbs up, but i think you mean change up :P

  • @Daviddim07 Oh. yeah haha my bad.

  • I miss my Dicey :(

  • 127 km whut ?

  • @army30000 thats the non "american" way of sayin MPH....

  • @shanedasontv no. its a differnt measurement.

  • @captainslappy16 yah i know that :P but i mean MPH is the measurement america most commonly uses sorry for the confusement

  • @army30000 km is Kilometers. America uses the English system (MPH), whereas most other countries prefer the metric system (kmh)

127 kmh would be around 78 - 80 MPH by the way.

  • To bad he cant pitch in america he gets injured every year and wen he does play he gets bombed

  • Sick pitch. Thing dropped like a curveball and had the spin of a fastball

  • Its chinese (-_-)

  • @TallSlimShady97 no it's japanese (-_-) matsuzaka is japanese

  • how is this any different from any other change up?

  • @WackySquirrels did you not see the movement on that changeup? lol. its a sick pitch

  • @WackySquirrels yeah its one badass pitch and the movement is great

  • press 4 for HD mud fucker

  • Rarest ever... -.-

  • Balk! Balk! Balk!

  • @tmaz85 he was in the wind up. there wasn't anyone on base.

  • Isn't this called a gyroball?

  • it like stopped in mid air

  • @ThePirates1995 then you my friend don't know a good pitch =D

  • Try to pause it wen it first hits the glove ha its bout a foot outside the strike zone

  • gyro

  • first ball wasnt strike at all tbh

  • btw that's not a change up that is a gyroball...

  • @sokz95 I've played baseball all of my life and even I don't know what the fuck a gyroball is what is this pokemon.

  • Nice pitch from dice-bb, the biggest waste of money spent by the Red Sox

  • @tranceazn but that isn't the red sox

  • @alvinogualvino he played in japan before he came over here dumbass.

    hints the last name.

  • @tranceazn Well, I am a red sox fan, but hopefully he will continue doing good like the last outings

  • @DatabaseCentral nice english. doing WELL

  • @sa2XFa Why don't you take a step back and FUCK YOUR OWN FACE

  • @tranceazn

maybe 1 of these years he will figure out MLB hitters are disaplined and if u leave a pitch right down the middle MLB hitters will hit it.

  • @tranceazn agreed

  • @tranceazn Oh I don't know. They won a world series with him in the rotation. Have you forgotten Jose Offerman?

  • thats a damn epphus

  • who gives crap

  • its a screwball....

  • @HNewton13 looks like a circle change up

  • 0:06是壞球吧 主審在幹尛

  • either thats a great frame job by the catcher, or its Don Denkinger behind the dish (not Jim Joyce)

  • overrated pitch

  • holy cowbells where in the hell does it have to go to be a ball that first pitch was in the other batters box.

  • @tulile86 Sure, japanese umps have bigger zones but that's not all there is to it i think. It seems WAY outside because of the location of the glove, but actually crosses the plate inside the strike zone, much like Barry Zito getting strikes calls on curves almost in the dirt, or a sidearm pitcher getting strike calls on pitches that look a bit wide because of the pitch's angle.

  • lol i thought it said 141 mph at first

  • Damn, was that Jim Joyce calling that pitch at 0:06?

  • @thefightinphillies13 hahaha I know it was shit, but the strikezone over in Japan is different I think. When they come to the MLB they prob think the umps call everything balls. But I don't know much about Japanese baseball other than it's serious

  • 1st pitch was a ball...

  • @mikelikesystem the umpire shouted strike @@

the catcher pulled the ball into the strike zone

  • Is that Daisuke?

  • how tha hell wuz dat weird

  • hes on my home team the redsox and he sux

  • If a change up at that speed is perfect, why did he strike out? Haha. That ball moved so far.

  • All it is was a good gyroball

  • Gyroball ftw

  • CHUCK NORRIS was Arnold Jackson !!!!!!

  • lol damn ur stupid no shit the windups identical.... look at all major league pitchers none of their motions change hmmmmm maybe its cuz they play like evryday

  • that second one was niiiiccee.

  • nasty!

  • bulk. in the US if you rock like that guess what. free ball and move the baserunners. that ump is useless

  • @Xtdg89x Im pretty sure none of the umpires give him any shit over here in the major leagues?

  • @Xtdg89x Well he's in the U.S, his windup is the same, and you're a dumbass...

  • Im guessing you mean BALK. Even so, its not a balk. There are no men on base! You cant balk with no runners on.

  • @Xtdg89x Yup you look intelligent dumbass nice try learn the game homo

  • That's crazy even sound was fooled by that changeup.

  • that's just sinker

  • @taiwangx change up dude.

  • shit these japanese umps suck

  • Thats a Gyro Ball he is one of the very few people that can throw it

  • Too bad Daisuke absolutely blows pitching for the Sox..coudn't/can't hack it in the majors.

  • @CollegeThrow

His 2008 season was very good, 18 wins and a sub-3 ERA.

It's just the injuries are fucking with him.

  • I love japanese pitchers...they are BOSS

  • GYRO BALL BITCHES!!!!

  • Thedeerhauler, it looks like the ball disapperes because it's blending in with the batters uniform

  • not sure if its me or my computer or i caught glitches in the video but in his second pitch if you look closely the ball disapears and i know that isnt no japanese shit.

  • @THEDEERHAULER the video loses the white ball on the white uniform. That's why it seems to disappear...unless you're talking about elsewhere in the video.

  • Biggest waste of money in Red Sox history...and that is saying something!

  • uh screw the change up, did anyone else notice the two bocks. what kinda whack shit was that

  • tampon you are wrong - the Japs' strike zone is more wider!

  • That's a nasty change. That fool was so out in front it wasn't even funny. First pitch though, was the hell outside. I know it's different in Japan; but being from the US the shit stands out to me.

  • the first pitch was a strike!! it looks outside for two reasons: matsuzaka sets up in the middle of the rubber, not on the right like most right handers do, and second that pitch has a lot of tailing action. look how the catcher sets up inside but he catches it around 20 inches to his left. remember the plate is 16 inches wide and the strike zone is not where the ball lands, its where it crosses the plate!! it looks outside but its not. im pretty sure the umpire has a better view than all of us.

  • meh, it could go either way. From the agnle the camera is though its hard to judge the plates edge which makes anything on the same side look closer. if it were straight on it would show that it probably missed. Either way, it was a nice pitch. I would have chased if it were me.

  • @kush2121 hows it different in Japan?

  • @h8thesox620 I've heard and noticed that the strike zone there is a little bigger than in the US. Some pitches that would be called balls here get called strikes. Nothing too major, just a wider strike zone.

  • @kush2121 thanks, mate

  • @kush2121 i dont think you can assume that the strike zone is different in japan from one slightly outside strike call.

  • @kush2121 ya eh its so weird i watch it and im like thats a ball is the ump blind, lmao

  • @kush2121 IF u look closely, the camera is at an angle so it makes it look like its a foot outside, but it went directly over the plate. Its kinda funny cuz alot of ppl in the comments have made the same mistake lol.

  • that's nasty

  • his windup, so eligant, like a swan...

  • lol swan nice lol

  • jap umps are garbage

  • i bet the treasure island is under this guy's cap and y'all looking at it just can't see it fools. Stop talkin' baseball when we all know it's chimpanzee raping snake brother that makes the difference in this crazy alien world we all suck to live in. And great black hole is gonna suck us in in 2000 years from now. Long live the queen... well, at least till the universe collapses.

  • AHAHAHHAHAHHA

  • your a freak

  • wow...it all became so clear.

  • that is a beautiful change up, oh my, if he could throw that more, with that success he would be untouchable

  • u cant say it was a strike or its not a strike, it's always the umps decision

  • first one was a stike...-.- As you can clearly see it goes across the plate it was just going to the right the whole time

  • First one was not even a strike, but a good pitch nonetheless.

  • it may not look like a strike cus we cant see it from the umpire's point of view but if the umpire called it a strike tat means it mus be a strike

  • That wasn't a strike. The umpire made a bad call. It happens.

  • remember the Japanese strike zone is wider.

  • no, japanese strike zone is much smaller than mlb's.

  • No it isn't. According to Robert Whiting who's like America's expert on Japanese Baseball, it's wider by two balls. If not, just by watching Japanese baseball you can see their strike zone is much more lenient.

  • I watch both of MLB and Japanese baseball.

Japannese baseball comitte has been trying to make their strike zone more wider as same as MLB since a few years ago, but it is still smaller than MLB's.

Also, some famous japanese pitchers who played WBC or international cups said that they could use a strike zone more wider than NPB's.

By the way, I can see in NPB game that some American or foreigner pitchers who played or play in NPB are confused by it's strike zone. sorry about my poor english.

  • but i agree that this umpire in the movie has crazy strike zone...

  • @ilovehell666 nfl is foot ball

  • @MrSanto945 that was the point of the joke

  • @DavidMLBFan bahaha yeah :D

  • @ilovehell666 hahahahaha nice one dude

  • @ilovehell666 Chuck Norris is also a fundie Christian retard.. hardly the hero the Internet makes out to be.

  • @bhxinfected well, then its obvious God is real if Chuck Norris believes :P

  • @MAriNeMandM Case in point.. you're putting this complete jerkoff (Norris) on a pedestal and accepting fairy tales to boot, because of it. Sad.

  • @bhxinfected Oh i get it, you are one of those sad lonely people in life that goes around pretending everything is alright when it isn't. You have no fun in your life. You walk around like you are dead and you fake all of your emotions. Cheer up you worthless tool and get some sense of humor.

  • @MAriNeMandM That has to be the most random and factually incorrect attempt at an assessment of me. Nice try, Dr. Freud. Keep riding your stupid fucking Chuck Norris meme a little harder.. that's what, 5 years old now?

  • @bhxinfected I fucking hate chuck norris. But I hate worthless people like you worse. You are all about negativity. Please get some emotions tool and get some friends. :)

  • i always thought he had the red glove for boston but i guess not.

  • No. You automatically get a red glove when you walk 75 people a game. He nibbles too much. He goes like 5 innings a start and gets vulture wins. He drives me absolutely insane.

  • circle changeup.mastered by Greg Maddux "the professor" and Pedro Martinez

  • that was a nice changeup

  • chuck norris can do this while eating a taco

  • Chuck Norris would be done with the taco when the ball is halfway through the air, do a victory dance, catching the baseball between his teeth while humming the national anthem over 9000 times before he spits the ball into orbit and takes a bite out of his bat... Then the pitcher takes his first breath after the pitch. =P

  • @VirusZero0140 chuck norris is a posser

  • i know there must be something clever to say..but... that japanese ump looks like a fuggin ninja.(look at the mask)lol

  • holly shit nice movement :D

  • he kinda looks like bobby lee lol

  • DUDE I AGREE

  • strike zone is bigger in japan you fucking idiots.

  • chillllll son

  • how is everybody supposed to know japans strike zone is bigger?

  • Strike zone is bigger, fields are smaller, and the ball is smaller and more tightly wound causing it to be harder than MLB's balls....hehehe....sorry.

  • Lawl.. strike zones in Japan aren't bigger idiot.

Plus, Daisuke is a good pitcher.. he's just having a hard time adjusting to the MLB.

Just look at his mechanics and form. There's a lot of movement on that ball.

  • oh that was sick as hell

  • is that kenji johjima behind the plate?

  • First pitch was a ball. Stupid ump.

  • I like how the first pitch was a called strike. Yeeeeah.... Clearly a strike.

  • dayum that was a sick pitchhhhhh

  • wow, errorist much? thats just not true, not even close

  • Its true asshole. cause i definatly am wrong. go check all the gyro ballers and see how they pitch. Tetsuro Kawajiri, Shunsuke Watanabe. also know what your alking about before you decide to talk to save embarrassment.

  • a gyroball isnt a pitch? ok bro

  • This is from a article i read. "The gyroball pitch was first identified by the Japanese scientist Ryutaro Himeno , and later developed into specific throwing technique by baseball instructor, Kazushi Tezuka.

Also the way you throw it is like a toy in Japan called X-Zylo Ultra.

    Do your research bro.

  • who goes through all that though? Clearly unecessary

  • for 1, that is a gyro ball. 2 its not a change up, Matsuzaka can hit 80 to 90 with that pitch in the MLB.

  • are u fucking retarded, he doesn't even throw the fucking gyro ball and it is a fucking change up dipshit. the ball would go the other way if it was a fucking gyro ball

  • gyro ball dats wat it is

  • wasnt a circle change i know that...

and i love how right after the break it slowed down by like at least 10mph... amazing.

  • it looks like a circle change the he moved his wrist a little to the left to create the opposite of a curvball movement

  • circle change? sick pitchh:P

  • thats nasty

  • damn that look badass, most of them are slow but that one was fast

  • wow i would leave the game if he threw that often

  • changeups are supposed to be slower than the fastball you just threw. Doesn't matter how fast they are. When I throw a changeup my throw is exactly the same as with a fastball. The difference is that you can't snap your wrist as fast with three fingers. It's supposed to look the same to fool the batter.

  • that was a nice changeup

  • U are all retarded! pause it at eleven, he paused then played it hahaha

  • Youre right xD

    Hahaha. What a faggot!!

  • Good eye.

  • fantastic pitch

  • holy douche

who needs curves and sinkers when you have that
