He is alive but has not made too many public appearances. However, he will go on stage with Htun Aeindra Bo at the upcoming NYC concert on July 25th.

I really miss my childhood when i listen to this song.. i was the biggest fan of Soe Thu.. i like all his movies and songs.. he influenced a lot .. there must be many ppl like me who miss their childhood by listening this song
