@hotrod4you2 The concrete "piles" shows in 23rd sec. of the video ARE the foundation. This is "deep foundation" type, they are driving piles, as we are doing in unstable ground like sandy, soft grounds here in the USA or all around the world. It is very typical.

There is no way have such a speed here in the USA. In this scale of building, it would take two years and they would use at least 15 days of total coffee break. :)

there was no concrete poured for the foundation. it alone takes weeks to dry! would you want to buy or live in a 15day built building? NO ! YES, IT TAKES ALL OTHERS MUCH, MUCH LONG BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO STAND BY THERE WORK. THIS IS BUILT BY CHINA GOVERMENT THAT DON'T ANSWSER TO ONE IF IT FALLS AND KILLS EVERYONE! @hotrod4you2 I just realised that no foundation was built lol for a 30 story building, that's kinda risky, NOT Kinda, Very if not too risky, but then again this building was only a prototype.

@BigWillyVlogs There is a foundation, it's not made of concrete though, they show it in the beginning it's like what they do with bridges. Or places where a concrete foundation would not work. If you have seen the part where they actually do the test on the scale model with a 9.0 earthquake it's strong and works. Not everything that comes from china is bad. Stop living in the past.

@hotrod4you2 there is concrete foundation, in fact the foundation is much larger than the size of land the building occupies. Watch the video carefully(and put aside your anti-China mentality) you will see those gigantic piles were driven into the soil before the build-up.

@hotrod4you2 Wait... Check the video @ 1:20... Isn't that a foundation ? Also, they start the clock from the moment they start putting the pre-fab pieces together, it doesn't count any prep work on the site and in the factory. I believe this company tries to sell prefab designs. The goal is to show pre-fab will be much quicker than conventional way.
