Arghh! As an EMT and member of a statewide mass casuality response team, my jaw hit the floor when I saw the CERT team member (the woman squatting down in the first few seconds) wearing sandals in a disaster scenario. I would have sent her to change to safety boots/shoes or had her stand down from the drill. We respond like we train.
